Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the www.newskinlaser.com.au website (the “Service”) owned and operated by NewSkin Laser Clinics Pty Ltd ("us", "we", “NewSkin”, or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. You warrant that you are at least 18-years-old and you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. If you are under 18-years-old, you warrant that you have obtained consent from your parent or guardian and they agree to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of NewSkin and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Australia and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of NewSkin. Nothing in these Terms constitutes a transfer of any Intellectual Property rights from us to you.
NewSkin Consultation
All clients are entitled to a complimentary consultation which is compulsory prior to all of our services being administered.
New clients are required to arrive 10 minutes early prior to their appointment time to complete registration.
You must provide NewSkin Therapists, Nurses and Doctors with accurate information and not be misleading in any way. You have an ongoing obligation to immediately provide us with updated information if your circumstances change.
You acknowledge if you do not arrive 10 minutes early or do not provide NewSkin with accurate information this may result in your Service being delayed, rescheduled or cancelled.
To ensure safety of all our clients and therapists only the client being treated is allowed to be in the treatment room at any one time.
From time to time, maintenance may be required, or an unforeseen technical fault may cause appointments to be delayed or rescheduled. We will endeavor to address these infrequent circumstances as soon as possible.
Medical Treatment
You are required to inform us if you are pregnant, have skin conditions or allergies, taking any medication or receiving medical care from a doctor or health practitioner. Whilst we take all due care in performing our services we are not liable for any side effects which may occur as a result of you not having provided us with your full medical history.
Pricing
Pricing of services and products are inclusive of GST and subject to change without notice.
Services must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
You will be required to pay a mandatory shaving fee (per treatment area) if you are having a Laser Hair Removal treatment and have not shaved the treatment area.
Cosmetic Injection consultations require a $50 deposit at the time of booking. The deposit will be deducted from the overall treatment cost or fully refunded if you decide not to proceed with the treatment. The deposit will be forfeited if you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment.
Pre-Pay Treatments
Prices displayed on this website are on a per treatment basis. By pre-paying for treatments you will save the relevant amount based on the pre-pay schedule.
Pre-paid treatments have a 12 month expiry from the date of purchase (Packages 10 or less) and 18 month expiry from date of purchase (Packages greater than 10).
Pre-paid treatments which have expired may be reinstated due to unexpected circumstances. Supporting documentation will be required for us to review your request. Pre-paid treatments may be suspended for certain medical conditions for up to 12 months.
Cancellations & Refunds
We respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand ours is too. We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations or appointment no shows will incur a 50% fee of the treatment cost on that day. Prepaid treatments will be forfeited.
All services are non-refundable and non-transferable in part or whole to any other treatments or individuals.
Vouchers are not refundable and cannot be converted into cash under any conditions.
Refunds cannot be accommodated for change of mind.
Price Match Guarantee
We will price match any competitors advertised price. The price matched treatment must meet the following guidelines:
• Identical in terms of treatment type, equipment used, number of pre-pays
• Within 10km of NewSkin
• Price match must be requested prior to booking treatment
• Price match does not apply to online websites
• Price match only applies to Laser Hair Removal.
Gift Cards
Gift cards have a 12 month expiry date from date of purchase. They are no longer valid post the 12 month period.
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded.
We will endeavor to assist with any lost, stolen or damaged cards however if we are unable to find any record of the transaction the card will not be replaced.
